The new URLAUB IN POLEN album All is out now. All is probably their most formally coherent album so far, but it is nevertheless anything but a work of genre: What the songs on All have in common is an architecture evoking Krautrock, developing sprawling synthesizer and guitar workouts on the foundations of finely woven rhythm arrangements. The echoes of West Coast Pop (the harmonies and the bass!), of Rhineland Tech House and of early Dire Straits (the vocals and the guitar production!) make All a characteristically versatile and international affair.

Anfang Dezember erscheint bei uns "Good Morning Erlenbach", das zweite Album von Marcel Gein, als CD, LP und digital. 90er-Indie-Beats, ein Klavier, das nicht swingt, und nahezu kein Reim, dazu Texte von Mars-Rovern, dem Bulletball-Erfinder, der Familie "Wir-leben-so-als-wäre-es-1986" und vielen mehr. Keine Frage, muss man haben und kann man ab sofort hier vorbestellen. Nebenan hört ihr die erste Single "Chance" featuring Andreas Dorau.

Nach Working Star, einer Hymne auf die Arbeitsverweigerung aller austauschbaren Unikate, kommt nun die tanzbare Flucht in andere Galaxien. Die neue Single "Dark Star" von Kala Brisella wird wie immer von einem tollen Video begleitet, das die Band selbst produziert hat.
